Basically the only thing that has NOT been updated are 5 windows. They are original Mill-Finish aluminum with storm window overlay. A termite contract will be provided at closing.This is an older low-lying subdivision that is situated near the back side of Newport Lake. It has no notable ditches and few ally's. Water DOES stand in back left rear yard after prolonged and heavy rains. Most of the subdivision is in a flood zone. I've never carried flood insurance during my 20 year ownership and home had never flooded.
